PUTRAJAYA: Staff of the Prime Minister’s Department must be honest, of high integrity and be efficient in their work as almost all of the country’s policies are made by the department, said Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Prime Minister pointed to the National Security Council which deals with security matters and Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed who is overlooking the implementation of the 12th Malaysia Plan.
“Being the place where almost all of the government’s policies are made, all eyes are on JPM,” he said at a gathering with the department staff on Tuesday .The usual monthly assembly where the Prime Minister would address the department’s heads and staff could not be held due to Covid-19 restrictions.
“I hope that staff of the Prime Minister’s Department will support the implementation of policies so that it can be felt, experienced and enjoyed by the people,” he said.
