- ROME, OCT 9 - The crisis in Israel triggered by Saturday's surprise Hamas air, and and sea attack risks creating problems for energy supplies, Business and Made in Italy Minister Adolfo Urso said on Monday.

The attack on Israel creates"an emergency situation that risks triggering other problems, for example energy," Urso told Rainews24. "The same thing that happened with gas due to Russia's war in Ukraine could happen again, because other resources come from those countries in North Africa," the minister said.

"We also need to understand whether we have to think about our country's energy autonomy," he added. .
