Have you seen 'The Batman' yet?
'The Batman' finally released last week and has been a success both critically and at the box office.
Within the comics, Bane uses a green substance called Venom to increase his strength. So it could be a nod to a story further down the line involving the big guy. Here's a small Easter Egg that could be easily missed if you don't know who the character is. During the movie, The Riddler focuses on the death of journalist Edward Elliot, who was investigating the Wayne's secrets, specifically Martha Wayne's time spent in Arkham.
Elliot eventually becomes consumed by his greed and commits to trying to take down Bruce under the moniker Hush, complete with a bandaged disguise. Where this all gets really interesting is how this could all be linked to the brief message after The Batman's end credits. A website flashes up on screen -All the riddles have been solved by online sleuths and most are innocuous dates of Catwoman's and Jokers's first introduction in the comics. However, the final riddle gives us the answer of October 1974, which saw the release of Batman #258, featuring Two-Face breaking out of Arkham. Very curious indeed.
But in the final cut, Keoghan only appears for one of the final scenes, where he becomes friends with his next door neighbour, The Riddler, in Arkham Asylum.
