The counties will be hit with high tides and onshore winds
Met Éireann has issued a 24-hour weather warning for two counties with some coastal counties set to be battered by high tides and onshore winds.

It will be a mostly cloudy start to the day with some mist and outbreaks of rain and drizzle in places. Many places will be dry on Monday night with a mix of cloud and clear spells but patchy rain will affect southern counties. Lowest temperatures of 0C to 4C in light variable breezes with a touch of frost.
